- Tell us your preferred consultation language, the treatment you are interested in, and your desired visit dates through our official channels. We have an official Thai LINE channel. For Malay and Indonesian, please first check availability via English WhatsApp.
- Confirm with the medical staff which treatments, surgeries, and follow‑up appointments you will need and how long you should stay. Surgery and recovery schedules are not confirmed based on online inquiries alone.
- Ask the clinic how to provide information needed for your care, such as current medications, past surgeries, and allergies. This site does not have any function to enter or upload such information.
- Check what is included in the cost, what is billed separately, and the conditions for changing or canceling your reservation. Do not assume that interpretation, airport transfers, accommodation, or visa support are included.
